Adult Development Administrator
Join Oaklands College as an Adult Development Administrator—support adult learners, manage key processes, and make a real impact in a dynamic, inclusive education environment.
Ready to Be the Driving Force Adult Learning Success?
We’re seeking a proactive, organised, and dedicated Adult Development Administrator to join our committed team. If you’re passionate about supporting adult learners and enabling smooth, efficient operations in education, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.
For over 100 years, Oaklands College has been transforming lives through inclusive, high-quality education. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our team to support more adult learners on their journey to personal and professional development.
Your Day-to-Day Impact
You’ll excel in this role if you are highly organised and adept at managing multiple priorities across various projects and campuses, all while maintaining strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly when supporting learners who speak English as an additional language—you’ll need to convey information clearly, patiently, and compassionately to ensure everyone feels valued and supported. Proficiency in IT is vital, including experience with data entry and systems such as MIS, Excel, and online learning platforms to maintain accurate records and generate reports. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where flexibility and a proactive mindset are key. Previous administration experience, ideally within education or training, will equip you with the insight and confidence to anticipate needs, solve problems efficiently, and contribute effectively to a collaborative team dedicated to learner success. You will also coordinate and manage the quality assurance cycle to monitor and support adult learners’ progress, ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience from enrolment through to completion, alongside overseeing adult learner examinations.
