An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oaklands for a chef lecturer to provide learning for the next generation of chefs.

We are looking for a chef lecturer to join our team and play a crucial role in providing learning for the next generation of chefs. In this position, you will teach and mentor students across Entry 3 to Level 2 in professional cookery, food safety and employability skills. You will also support in the delivery of commercial events and experiences.
The ideal candidate will have, a Level 3 in Professional Cookery, at least 5 years of industry experience, Level 2 in Food Safety, is passionate and committed to providing high standards in assessment and feedback. A desirable candidate will have an assessors and quality assurance qualification and a relevant teaching qualification (training can be provided if not).
