As a Functional Skills Maths Lecturer, you will play a vital role in helping learners achieve success in their maths qualifications and progress confidently towards their future aspirations.

You will plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire learners and support them in developing their mathematical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Using effective teaching strategies, you will adapt your delivery to meet the diverse needs of learners, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across the curriculum, you will contribute to enhancing the student experience and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning throughout the college.
