Professional Trainer – First Aid
Ready to Inspire the Next Generation of First Aid Professionals?
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oaklands College for an enthusiastic and experienced Professional Trainer – First Aid to join our growing Professional Training & Development team. You will maintain accurate assessment records within the College’s e-portfolio systems and ensure learners are fully prepared for examinations and assessments through effective guidance and support.
Learner Support
You will provide both academic and pastoral support, helping learners overcome barriers to achievement and progression. By developing personalised learning plans and offering high-quality information, advice and guidance, you will enable learners to achieve their goals and maximise future career opportunities.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Working within College quality standards, you will ensure all training, assessment, and learner documentation is compliant, accurate, and audit-ready.
You will contribute to quality improvement activities, support internal and external quality assurance processes, and ensure delivery meets the requirements of awarding organisations, Ofsted, and Oaklands College.
